Today we will be featuring how to make a French omelette. If you have ever been to Paris, or France in general you will notice that they eat their omelettes much "wetter" for lack of a better word, that we do in the States. I am on a "get rid of everything I ate during the Holidays diet," so of course I am searching for foods I can't eat so I can stare and salivate... yummmm!
Check out this video on how to make Raspberry Clafouti... it's short, easy, and DELICIOUS! We like to make ours using Cherries with the pits still in as they add a wonderful almondy flavor. We also use creme fraiche instead of half and half if you can get it. ENJOY... as I surely can't....yet!

Mouth watering deliciousness... Coq au Vin... in its simplest terms is chicken in red wine sauce with vegetables... although that doesn't do this dish justice!
Coq au Vin is a very classic and traditional French recipe, there are a ton of ways to prepare it, but today I found a recipe for those of you who don't have time to spend the entire day in the kitchen preparing... I like to call it Speedy Coq au Vin!
My mouth is watering just thinking about it.... go ahead, try it!!
